I don’t
have a favorite movie, I love a lot of different movies, but from sure I love
any movie where Léa Seydoux appears,
she is my second favorite actress, the first one is my mom , of course.
If I had to
choose one of their movies, “L’Enfant d’en haut” or “Sister “in English is one
of my favorites, and fortunately it is possibly to find it with subtitles in
Spanish. This movie, released the 4th of April of 2012 in Switzerland, is from
the director Ursula Meier, and is about a boy called Simon and his old sister,
Louise, both live together in a really bad economic situation, in a little
apartment near to the ski resorts in the Swiss Alps. The movie starts when the old sister had just
lost her job, and Simon is forced to go to the ski resorts to steal ski
equipment, clothes and money from the tourists.
He is just a kid, but he had to learn how to survive in a really bad
situation. This movie tries to denounce
the waste of money committed by the ski resorts. I like this movie because it’s
about a lot of things that you normally don't see, like the corruption in
adults and kids, the deny of the maternity, the abortion, the different and
poor reality around tourism places, and the reconsideration of steal like a way
to survive and not only like something bad.
I would chance the reality behind the movie, but nothing in the film, I love it.
